Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you must request a return within 14 days of receiving a product. Products may only be returned if damaged or faulty and must be unused. Please email info@skinscience.uk to request a refund and if accepted you will be given further details to return your package. Items returned without first being requested will not be accepted.
Returns will be at your own expense and you must get a tracking number at the time of posting.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
